While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional unforeseen delays may occur. In such instances, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it is essential that you provide your correct phone number during the checkout process. Our team will call you to confirm your order before it is processed and shipped. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in delays or cancellation of your COD order.

We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure your purchases arrive safely and securely. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched (if applicable).

Return Policy

At The VL Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

We do offer exchanges on eligible items within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unopened (unless the item was sold as "open box"), and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Special Conditions:

• Open Box Items: These items have had their packaging opened or slightly damaged, but the product inside is new and unused. These items are sold as-is and may not be eligible for exchange. Any known packaging damage will be disclosed in the product description.

• Used Items: Any items explicitly marked as "used" in the product description are sold as-is and are not eligible for exchange. We will clearly detail the condition of any used items.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@vegalinksuae.com or +971 526821608 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.  

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a faulty product (excluding "open box" items with disclosed packaging issues).  

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet our exchange policy criteria.
